If Shikshafeecollect receives any Refund /Cancellation request from the User within 48 hours of the transaction,it will initiate the Refund / Cancellation process within the next 72 hours (3 working days), on the basis of the User information already made available to Shikshafeecollect. Such refund will be processed after deduction of handling charges and administrative expenses. Beyond 48 hours of the transaction, shikshafeecollect will, on best effort basis, provide remittance details to enable the User to take up any refund requests, with the beneficiary institution. The user is advised to retain remittance details for any future correspondence with the institution & their bankers. Refund is done through online mode.
